Star Ingredients

Hibiscus
Hibiscus (also known in Sri Lanka as shoe flower) is an ingredient with a rich heritage of refreshing Lankans. It’s tart flavor is similar to that of cranberries and when mixed with citrus fruits, elevates to an incredibly delicious flavour.

Raspberry
Probably the most popular of all berries, we use a raspberry note which is super sour and fruity at the same time! Enjoy it in this drink!
How To Mix
Just add 30ml (or 2 table spoons) of syrup to a glass, add 250ml of water and stir well. Take a fresh glass, top up with ice and pour over. Spike it with Gin or Vodka and garnish with mint leaves or a slice of lemon.

Amaal Mendis –
SOZO ‘Hibiscus & Raspberry Syrup’ is one of my favorite syrups mainly because I could just simply mix it with H2O and serve a lot of quantity.
This is one perfect syrup you could use for your cocktails and vodka <3
